Lone Elm Commerce Center is a 122 acre industrial park that is intended to accommodate supply chain & e-commerce related companies. Building 1 was a speculative warehouse building that completed in 2018 and sold in 2021. Buildings 3 & 4 are scheduled to deliver Summer 2023.
